Everything you need to know about the product and billing.
What do I get during the 7 day trial?
You will get a website strategy session and an initial web design concept.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes; we can accept a 50% deposit when you decide to continue beyond the 7 day free trial, 30% once the design is accepted, and the remaining 20% upon delivery of the website. We also discount 10% on purchases that are fully paid upfront.
Do I get to keep anything during the 7-day free trial?
If you decide to stay with us, of course! But otherwise, no. Turning us down after 7 days means that you were not satisfied with our work, it wouldn't make sense to hand you anything less of perfection. We own all of the rights of any document created within these 7 days if you do not continue with us.
Can I get a refund later in the project?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds once you decide to engage with us beyond the 7-day free trial. Our 7-day trial should give you a good understanding on how we work to make a good decision for your business.
How long does it take to build a full website?
Typically completing all phases and launching your website takes roughly 8 weeks (assuming we receive swift feedback). Due to the nature of development, we can't state a set time frame without first discussing the requirements with you.
Do you offer any support after delivering the website?
Yes! We offer all of our clients a peace-of-mind care package with different tiers of support ranging from minor tech support to landing page optimizations and design overhauls. We charge a monthly fee based on specific needs that you can cancel anytime you'd like.
Do you build websites on other platforms such as WordPress or custom development?
Our web developers are experienced frontend developers, so if you need a custom-developed site, WordPress site, or sites that are based on a specific CMS platform then we can do it. However, we highly recommend our clients Webflow because it enables speedy development, quick iterations, and a great user experience.
